The HSE believe that stress is the largest cause for absence from work as stress can manifest itself in many ways that may show up as migraines, backache, etc.

The aim of this course is for delegates to identify their triggers from the factors identified by the HSE as being the cause of stress.

This is a series of meetings, either ‘face to face’ or via telephone/ skype, to focus individuals on taking control of their future by planning and committing to completing tasks by mutually agreed deadlines.  Take positive steps towards your chosen future.

This can be a follow up to any of the other courses in this series.


It is widely accepted that people who feel good about themselves, enjoy their work and their work place, perform better than those who do not.

The above series of courses aim to provide the tools required to comply with the health and safety directive that employers are responsible to provide systems that ensure physical and mental well being of their staff.

All of these courses are classroom based with self assessment forms to enable individuals to focus on personal and corporate issues to address self-esteem and personal development contributing a well balanced life.
